Here's a shot of the verticle trim section on the targa. The top portion has a slight cut out of the metal, the bottom portion is flat.

The next section installed is the middle piece. It's only held on by (3) clips that slid into the trim, then are pressed on the targa.

Next, each side section is installed. There's a bracked that slides in the bottom portion. It has a bolt that passes through the body and attached underneath, inside the wheel well, with a very small nut. The top portion is held on with a long thin sheet metal screw with a rubber spacer.

Next, I installed the rubber seal in the verticle section. I used spray silicone and a popsicle stick to assist with the installation.

Because I painted the car, there was several pieces of the interior that I had to reinstall. This is the section that holds the rear targa latches.

This is the verticle interior targa section. It is installed after the seat belt retractor. The seat belt retractor goes behind the back pad, then the swivel piece is installed through the interior trim. It uses a step bolt, with (2) plastic washers, then a metal spacer. The trim piece is also held on by the coat hook at the top and a single sheet metal screw at the bottom.

This shows the lower dash pad in place. It's held on by (5) metal bolts w/washers on the bottom and a sheet metal screw at each end. You'll need to make certain that the vents align with the tubing inside the dash.

Next, I installed the targa top to make certain all of the targa seals lined up correctly.

After all of the seals are aligned correctly, I trimmed the bottom of the verticle targa seals even with the bottom of the trim. Here you can see the front portion of the horizontal trim in positon.
